October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the CashForCars.com team has pledged to donate $5 for each vehicle purchase in the month of October to support breast cancer research.

“We would like to make a pro-active effort to help further research for a cure,” stated CashForCars.com director David Sutkin. He continues, “My mother is a breast cancer survivor, and I’m forever thankful for those who donated time and money to help her through treatment. No one should have to suffer through this all too common disease, and I’m glad we have this opportunity to do our small part.”

CashForCars.com hopes to help bring everyone one step closer to a cure, and the staff at the Brooklyn and Dallas headquarters have shown across-the-board support of their efforts. “Both of my grandmothers were breast cancer survivors, so I’m incredibly proud to work for a company that is actively supporting a cure, and I’m honored to help our team reach their goal this month,” said Jana Miller, CashForCars.com’s marketing specialist.

CashForCars.com is also excited to announce that their parent company, Copart, Inc., has agreed to match the final donation amount at the end of the month, doubling the funds provided for charity. Copart supports several philanthropic efforts throughout the year, including Relay for Life and Movember, and they are excited to assist their car purchasing division in support of breast cancer awareness and research.
